Congress fees

The congress fee includes admission to the full conference, programme & abstracts book, Welcome ceremony on 14th August, coffee and lunch breaks.

When you register, please have the correct invoice address to your organisation at hand. There are different options for regular attendees and students/emeritus. PhD students and -candidates are regarded as students.

ATEE members

You are an ATEE member and have paid the 2019 membership fee or are in the process of paying this before attending the congress.


You are not or do not intend to become a member of ATEE prior to this years’ congress and pay a higher congress fees.

Students and Emeritus

PhD students and -candidates are regarded as students. You have to send an offfical certificate issued by the University to prove your status

The ATEE secretariat ( ) will handle the invoice concerning the membership.  This does not apply to participants from low-income countries as they are already entitled to a lower membership fee.

Conference dinner
The conference dinner will be held on 15th August 2019

Participants will be served a three course dinner with excellent wines. Tickets for the dinner are purchased separately via the online registration system.
Ticket price: 75 EUR per head

Cancellation terms 
Cancellation of registration must be notified in writing to the conference secretariat at

Force Majeure, health related issues
Should there occur an insuperable obstacle related to a registered person’s health cancellation must be made in writing (by e-mail, fax or mail) to An official and original medical certificate must be presented within two (2) weeks of the cancellation notification to Every cancellation will be considered individually.

Invitation letter
Individuals requiring an official letter of invitation in order to obtain a visa are kindly asked to contact the conference committee at Please note that official letters of invitation can only be given to individuals who have registered and paid the registration fee for the conference. All requests will be considered individually.
